Laissing & Co online store ("We or Online Store") is operated and managed by Laissing & Co. Customers can use this website or its related services ("Services") in accordance with the following terms of service and any terms mentioned in this online store ("Terms"). If you use this online store, that means you agree to the following terms of use. We reserve the right to update and change the terms and personal data protection policy at any time without any notice. We recommend that you browse the online store regularly to check for updates or changes to relevant policies and terms. The customers still choose to use this online store, indicating that they agree to the updated or revised terms.

1) REGISTER

Customers do not need to register or login as a member when viewing our products, but they need to become a member to make purchases and payments in the online store. We implement a personal data protection policy, you can refer to the Privacy Policy.

We do not store the customer's login password. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. If you find or suspect that someone is using your account without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for all losses caused by theft or unauthorized use of customer’s accounts.

2) PROHIBITION AND ILLEGAL USE

If your account is found to be carrying the following activities, we may take relevant actions against your account:
2.1) Use any technology to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or interfere with fair transactions in any way;
2.2) Initiate any information or information that contains illegal, harmful, intimidating, abuse, harassment, defamation, vulgar, obscene, profanity, hatred, or discrimination;

We reserve the right to terminate any account or add to the blacklist on its own. In this case, you will receive an email notification.

3) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, designs, texts and videos of Laissing & Co’s online store are the intellectual property items of Laissing & Co, and are protected by relevant laws. The online store is only used for shopping, and the content can only be used for any purpose with the express authorization of and/or its authorized third party. We reserve the right to pursue all unauthorized actions.

Laissing & Co has nothing to do with any brand. All trademarks and copyrights in the pictures and texts that contain the goods are owned by and property of the brand.

4) SHOPPING INSTRUCTIONS

4.1) Holding a valid credit card or bank account or a valid PayPal account accepted by Laissing & Co and issued by a licensed bank;
4.2) The personal and payment information provided is valid, true and correct;

Shopping in the online store means that you authorize Laissing & Co to collect the total payment and/or delivery cost from your credit card or PayPal account. You also expressly authorize Laissing & Co to use the personal information you provide to conduct anti-fraud checks, and to provide testimony under court orders. When necessary, we may obtain information about you from third parties. Third parties include credit institutions or anti-fraud agencies that keep relevant information. We implement a personal data protection policy, you can refer to the Privacy Policy.

5) PRICE DISPLAY

The online shop can choose to display either Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or US Dollars (USD). Please make sure to choose the appropriate currency when browsing and making payments.

6) PAYMENT METHOD

In order to make the customer's shopping experience smoother and more convenient, all orders can be paid through PAYPAL member accounts or through bank credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) without handling fees or all orders can be paid by bank transfer.

If you use the payment method, delivery, or self-pickup method, it means that you are confirmed as the holder of the credit card or bank account used to pay for the goods, or have been authorized by the holder. If the issuing bank or institution refuses to pay Laissing & Co, the order will be cancelled, and we will not be responsible for any losses caused.

The transaction process of Laissing & Co online store uses SSL network security certificate to ensure the safety and protection of the shopping process. If you have registered an account in this online store and decide to store credit card information, your information will be completely encrypted and stored securely in our system, and will only be used to process the transaction you want to make. If you provide your information to any third party for using the on line shop, Laissing & Co will not be liable for any losses you may suffer.

7) CONFIRM ORDER

When the customer enters the delivery and payment information and submits the order, we will send you an email to confirm the order. If you have used a credit card to pay directly via PayPal, you can view the payment status as "paid" in the "shopping record" of the member background. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will update the payment status after receiving your payment record and we will send confirmation to you.

Without any reason or explanation, we reserve the right to refuse any order. Customers can contact us to inquire about your orders.

8) PICK-UP (HONG KONG ONLY) or DELIVERY

Customers can choose self pick-up or delivery service.

8.1) Self Pick-Up (Hong Kong only)
a) If the customer cannot arrange to pick up the goods within the transaction period, they can request us to keep the goods. This arrangement must be proposed by the customer and an exact and reasonable pick-up date must be provided.
b) When picking up or receiving the goods, please handle with care. If the goods are found to be dirty or damaged due to human care or intention. We reserve all rights to pursue.

8.2) Delivery
We will arrange with our courier or logistic company to deliver the goods to you. For each order amount over HK$5000, if necessary, you will need to make customs declaration by yourselves and apply insurance at your own costs.

a) Full payment before delivery. After receipt of your full payment, we will arrange delivery within 14 working days.
b) When paying by bank deposit or transfer, customers must provide us the deposit slip for confirmation of payment. We will not be responsible for any delay caused by incomplete deposit records or failure to confirm the payment.
c) If the customer chooses the delivery method, they must check the goods thoroughly when receiving the goods. Laissing & Co does not bear any mailing risk.
d) Customers please ensure that all information is accurate when filling in the delivery address, phone number and recipient name. We will not verify the delivery information, and we will not bear any losses caused by your incorrect information.
e) Laissing & Co will ensure that the goods are delivered to customers on time. After the goods are being sent, the waybill number will be provided to you. We will, if necessary, assist in tracking the delivery status of your order.
f) Overseas shipments may incur tariffs and other costs, which must be borne by the customer.
※Any value of goods may be required for customs duties, Laissing & Co will only provide invoices with real prices. Customers must handle declarations by themselves. All costs incurred will be responsible by the customers.
g) In case of dispute, Laissing & Co reserves the right for final decision.

9) RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

10) CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS & LAISSING & CO’s RESPONSIBILITIES

The membership registration and shopping experience of the online store are the customer's independent decision. We have no intention and will not make any harassment of the customer's rights. We recommend that the customer understands the terms and condition before placing an order.

Laissing & Co will ensure that the online store runs safely and service is normal. We do not guarantee that there will be no manual errors. We also do not guarantee that the online store or the servers supporting the online store are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that all online shop users ensure that their electronic products have installed the latest anti-virus software and take all measures to protect your network security.

11) COMPENSATION AND WAIVER

To use Laissing & Co online shop means that the customer agrees that Laissing & Co (legal person, operator, manager, employee, authorized agent, affiliate, service provider) does not have to pay for the customer’s liability, compensation, and loss caused by violation of the terms of service. Regardless of whether the customer's account is used by him/her or a third party.

Laissing & Co reserves all rights of investigation.

12) COMPLAINTS

Laissing & Co has a complaint system. If you have comments or complaints about the order, please email us.

13) LAW AND JURISDICTION

The operation and use of the online store are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and interpreted in accordance with its interpretation. The relevant courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes and claims related to the terms of service.

15) QUESTION AND ANSWER (Q & A)

Q: How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A: After placing the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation, which will show the payment details and delivery information. Please confirm the content. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately after receiving the email.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after confirming an order?
